🔒 1. Identity & Guest Information
All adult guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport) at check-in.
Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport with a visa and submit a copy at check-in.
Visitors not listed in the booking form will not be permitted to stay overnight without prior approval.
🕰️ 2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed based on availability and may incur extra charges.
💸 3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment (details will be shared upon submission of this form).
The remaining balance (if any) is to be paid at check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. 50% charge for cancellations within 7 days. No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
🌱 4. Property Rules
Please respect the peaceful nature of the property. No loud music or parties are allowed after 9 PM.
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Guests are responsible for their belongings. The management is not liable for loss or theft.
Damages to property (furniture, fixtures, etc.) will be charged at actuals.
🛑 5. Safety & Medical
First aid kit is available on-site. Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions in advance.
Children must be supervised at all times.
In case of emergency, nearby medical facilities will be contacted immediately.
📸 6. Photography & Promotion
Photos/videos may be taken on the premises for promotional purposes (with prior consent).
Guests are welcome to take personal photos, but drone usage requires prior permission.
